Our Biggest Giving Day of the Year!

Giving Tuesday is rapidly approaching, and our goal is to make Dec. 1, 2020 our biggest giving day of the year! This year has been difficult for most of us, and All Things New has definitely felt the effects of Covid in a lot of ways. From our kids missing almost an entire year of school, to keeping our employees home for 2 months, to losing 2 employees because they left Gressier, and then of course the financial toll that it has taken on ATN.

In light of this, our goal is to make December 1, 2020, Giving Tuesday, our biggest giving day of the year, and we are off to a great start. We already have almost $10,000 that has been designated as "matching grants." Basically that means for every $1 you give on Dec. 1, you will actually be donating $2!

Another thing that Giving Tuesday can do is give you the perfect opportunity to share with your friends, family, and social media contacts about All Things New. Starting a Facebook Fundraiser is a great option and any other social media influence you have could be leveraged on Giving Tuesday. It is a great way to help us raise money and just as importantly raise awareness to people who do not know about All Things New and on a day when people expect to be asked to give.

We understand that 2020 has been a difficult year for everyone. It has been by far the craziest year I remember. We have tried as hard we could as an organization to reduce costs where we could and to not ask for money from our supporters who were already hurting. This is our chance to end 2020 on a positive financial note, and we hope and pray that you would consider joining us. Here are the best ways to help:

 - Give to All Things New so that we reach our $10,000 goal!

 - On Giving Tuesday the best way to give is through Facebook or on our website. If you are writing a check, just mark in the subject line "Giving Tuesday" and as long as we receive it around December 1, it will be counted to the match.

 - Start a Giving Tuesday Fundraiser on your own Facebook Page! In the past this has been by far the most successful way that we have raised money on Giving Tuesday. Facebook has made it really simple.  - Leverage your face-to-face and other social media leverage to let people know about what is going on with All Things New and how they could give to our organization.
