Matt and Jessica Bush
Matt and Jessica Bush currently live in Haiti and are the 2 full-time missionaries for All Things New. They currently spend their days taking care of the children and managing the employees of All Things New while at the same time seeking after the leadership of Christ in their lives and in this ministry. GOD has led them to these specific children at this specific time and they believe that He will continue to increase their ministry and use them to care for the orphaned and abandoned children while making the Gospel known to the community.
Matt Bush- Executive Director
Matt Bush, along with his wife Jessica, is the co-founder of All Things New. Matt served as Youth and Associate Pastor of a few churches in Florida and Georgia prior to creating All Things New and moving to Haiti in 2014. Matt and Jessica have 3 beautiful children of their own: Sophie, Elijah and Ezekyal, and nearly 30 children in Haiti that they love and help to care for.
Jessica Bush- Board Member
Jessica Bush is the co-founder of All Things New along with her husband, Matt. Before founding All Things New and moving to Haiti, Jessica taught kindergarten for 8 years and loved every minute of it. Jessica and her husband have 3 beautiful children of their own, Sophie, Elijah, and Ezekyal along with nearly 30 children in Haiti.

Jim Henry
President
Before retiring in March of 2012, Mr. Henry was Co-founder, President and CEO of Diversified Clinical Services. Mr. Henry was Florida Vice President of Operations for Prudential Health Care. He spent seven years as Southeast Regional Vice President for Principal Health Care. Mr. Henry also was founder, President and CEO of Heritage Health Systems. He was Executive Director of Big Brothers and Big Sisters in south Florida. Mr. Henry currently serves on a number of community boards in the Jacksonville area. Mr. Henry was also a volunteer counselor with SCORE Jacksonville. Mr. Henry was a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the College of Health at the University of North Florida, and is past a President of the Florida Association of HMOs and The American Association of Wound Care Management.
Nick Edwards
Vice President
Nick Edwards is an Investment Advisor in Jacksonville, Florida. Along with All Things New, he has spent the last decade serving on various non-profit Boards across Northeast Florida. He is a member of Christ's Church in Mandarin where he, his wife, Christina, and their four daughters have been attending since 2000.
Carrie Bedard
Secretary
Carrie Bedard is a 6 year supporter of ATN - regular visitor ATN Haiti and child sponsor. Member 22 years Christ Church Jax, Business Owner, Wife 27 years, Mother of 3 adult children. UF grad. 28 year Jax/St Augustine resident.
Heather Hughes
Treasurer
Heather Hughes has served on the All Things New board for several years and is currently serving as Treasurer. She is a managing member of Ross Hughes & Associates, CPAs in Jacksonville, FL where she provides tax and consulting services to small businesses and individuals. She is married to Trevor and they have 2 children. Their family sponsors Somara and they look forward to meeting her one day. Heather is a follower of Christ and believes that Jesus is working through the ATN ministry in great ways!
Brad Henry
Board Member
I am married to Katherine and our two children, Kate and Brian are both in college. I have been in the pharmaceutical/medical sales business for my entire career. I am a past serving Elder at Christ's Church Mandarin. My connection with Haiti started in 2011 with a visit to Christianville. I first met the All Things New Kids in 2013. I have been to Haiti and visited the kids at least twice every year since 2013. My whole family has also made several trips to visit with the kids and explore other parts of Haiti. I also served on the board of Christianville for about 3 years up until the Spring of 2019. We sponsor Kervinson and Guerline.
Phil Atter
Board Member
Past board chairman Phil Atter has served with All Things New since its inception in 2012 in a variety of positions, primarily in the area of administration. In addition to his service with ATN, Phil has served on a number of business and church boards. Phil and his wife of 44 years, Jill, have two children and three grandchildren and cherish time spent with family. Phil and Jill have traveled to Haiti over 20 times attempting to assist the Bush family in the care of the children of ATN. Phil and Jill reside in Jacksonville, Florida.
Chase Covington
Board Member
Chase Covington has been involved with ATN from the very beginning as both a supporter (Gladine!) and board member. He was part of several trips early in the formation of ATN, during which he developed a passion for the kids there and for the Haitian people more broadly. He has worked at Fidelity Investments for 13 years and has a degree in Finance from UNF. Chase loves being able to put his professional background in helping guide and support the organization, but also in dreaming about the possibilities for the future of Haiti and the ATN kids.
Karen Walen
Board Member
Married to Mark for 34 years, with 3 grown children and 3 beautiful granddaughters. Karen works as the Development Coordinator for First Coast Women's Services. She has been involved with All Things New since the beginning and takes frequent trips to Haiti to spend time with the kids.
