Final Plan

If you read our last blog then you know school is starting soon for our kids and we are raising money to make sure all of the kids that have not graduated yet can attend. This year that total will come to about $10,000!

While we are not yet ready to unveil our final plan to help get all of our kids out of the orphanage and out on their own as they begin to graduate from high school, we have been working hard on it the last few months and we are close to letting you know how we are going to help our kids transition.

The one thing I can definitely say is that we are not going to abandon them even in the midst of one of the most difficult times in Haiti. We made a promise to them, ourselves, and to GOD that we would do whatever we could do to be there for them...No matter what.

As many of you know, the past few years in Haiti have been some of the most difficult that any country has faced. In the midst of it, we have had 8 kids graduate from high school and many others are on their way to their own graduation date.

Some of our kids moved on to college, others are looking for their careers, and some will do vocational training as they leave the orphanage. No matter how difficult things get, our goal and our promise is to stand behind our kids and do what we can to help.

Thank you for being a part of this ministry with us and please look for some new communication to come out in the next few weeks regarding how we are going to help each and every one of our kids transition to life outside of the orphanage.

We have gone a long way and we have accomplished a lot...BUT WE ARE NOT FINISHED YET!
