To add to the already difficult economic outlook in Haiti, the exchange rate there has been fluctuating at a level that is difficult to comprehend. I am not an economist and I do not fully understand the nuances of foreign currency and how/why they fluctuate. I can, however, speak to how certain people will be affected by these fluctuations and especially how the consequences for All Things New.
